Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team! As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in helping customers manage their automobile loan accounts and ensure a positive experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Assist customers in resolving any issues related to their automobile loans.
Effectively communicate any unresolved issues to supervisors for further support.
Accurately update customer information in the company's database.
Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
Previous experience in collections and handling past-due accounts is a plus.
What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
A customer-focused attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to assist clients.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
