Building Envelope Technician - $22+/hr Full-Time Grand Forks, ND

This full-time, year-round position is perfect for someone with experience in waterproofing, air barriers, or coatings who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to grow their career with a company that values expertise and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply waterproofing systems, air barriers, sealants, and spray foam to structures including basements, roofs, foundations, and balconies
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, priming, sanding, and repairing as needed
• Use tools such as sprayers, rollers, trowels, and caulking guns for material application
• Identify leaks or water damage and complete necessary repairs
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure quality results and safe jobsite practices
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Provide professional, courteous customer service on-site

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience with waterproofing, coatings, or air barrier systems (required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to obtain a DOT medical card
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, use ladders, and perform physically demanding work in various conditions

Location:

• On-site in Grand Forks, ND
• Travel up to 50% may be required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours)
• Overtime and weekend work as needed
