SmartTalent is looking to hire Cart Pullers for a supermarket in Factoria, WA. Ideal candidate will be motivated to work full time and physically able to push and pull heavily (details below).
TITLE: Cart Puller
LOCATION: Factoria, WA
SCHEDULE: Schedules vary, 1st or 2nd shift, Must be available to work weekends as well
PAY: $18.50

JOB DUTIES:
· Retrieve shopping carts from parking lot, sidewalks, and other store perimeter areas
· Ensure carts are clean, undamaged, and stacked neatly in cart corrals
· Inspect carts for damage or debris and report issues to management
· Maintain the cleanliness of the cart area and entranceways
· Assist customers with loading groceries or handling carts when requested
· Follow all safety procedures and store policies
· Work efficiently in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)
· Support other front-end or store duties as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
· Good attendance is an absolute must!
· Physically able to lift, push and pull up to 50bs
· Must be able work in a fast paced environment
· Great team player
