What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the first impression and the engine behind a smooth-running clinic. You’ll support both our patients and our practice, wearing a few hats—but never more than you can handle.

  • Create a welcoming environment – Greet every patient like they matter. Because they do.
  • Manage schedules & flow – Handle check-ins, check-outs, and calendar management with care and accuracy.
  • Nurture leads – Follow up with inquiries, build rapport, and guide people toward scheduling their first appointment.
  • Convert prospects into patients – Help people understand the value of our care and support them in making confident decisions.
  • Keep records organized – Maintain patient charts and sensitive info with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with operations – From phone calls to paperwork, you’ll help the clinic run smoothly every day.
