SalesBizLab The Communications Coordinator is a vital role within our organization, responsible for enhancing our brand visibility and ensuring effective dissemination of information across various channels. As a part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with different departments to create cohesive communication strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Jersey City, NJ 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Create and edit content for various platforms including website, social media, and newsletters.
• Coordinate internal communications and ensure all employees are informed about key initiatives.
• Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement to optimize online presence.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person, that promote the organization.
• Conduct research and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit setting.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
