Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team in Haleyville, AL. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 and operates from 5 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday. As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational processes and driving efficiency throughout the facility. Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and develop actionable plans.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and projects across various departments.
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
• Prepare and present reports on progress and outcomes of improvement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure alignment on improvement goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a continuous improvement role or similar position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
