Cornerstone Professional Placement is seeking a Contracts & Pricing Associate to join a reputable client based in Fort Worth . This newly created position is a result of business growth and increased customer activity. The ideal candidate will work closely with AP/AR and handle high volumes of customer data within the ERP system. Job Title: Contracts & Pricing Associate

Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 100% onsite

Compensation: $50–$60K/YR

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts within the ERP system
• Manage and update pricing, product contracts, billing/shipping details, and health system memberships
• Conduct routine pricing audits across 700+ active accounts to ensure accuracy
• Process inventory usage logs to support commission calculations
• Calculate and reconcile rebate and administrative fees for approx. 20 health system agreements
• Ensure pricing consistency and integrity across accounts

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Healthcare-related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Statements, SUMIFS and text-based formulas
• Data sorting/filtering and analysis
• Ability to manage high-volume data in ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
