About the Role:
As an Event Assistant, you’ll support the planning and execution of live events that promote the mission and values of the MGN Foundation . You’ll help manage logistics, engage with attendees, and build relationships that increase brand visibility and impact.
Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and executing live events, including setup, breakdown, and on-site support
Represent MGN Foundation, communicating our mission and values to event attendees
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and participants
Distribute promotional materials, answer questions, and ensure a positive attendee experience
Collect and analyze feedback to improve future event performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred (not required)
No professional experience necessary; internships or volunteer work in events/PR a plus
Strong communication and people skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
