Job Summary:

PTS Advance in Richmond, VA is looking for a dependable and experienced HVAC Technician to join their team. This role involves servicing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems for commercial clients. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, safety-conscious, and skilled in diagnostics and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, air conditioning, and ventilation)
• Install new units and ensure they are running efficiently
• Perform routine system inspections and preventative maintenance
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members about issues, solutions, and service timelines
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Follow all safety protocols and local HVAC codes
• Represent Aire Serv professionally on every jobsite

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred (A or B level technicians welcome)
• EPA certification required (Universal preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various residential and light commercial settings
