About the Role:

As a part-time, 1099 Licensed Therapist, you will provide essential therapeutic support to kids and teens facing a variety of challenges, from managing emotions and challenging negative thinking to reducing stress and anxiety. This is a 100% remote telehealth position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in South Carolina (and beyond, if licensed in other states).

What You'll Do:

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to motivate, guide, and empower clients to achieve their goals.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to provide comprehensive care.
Contribute to the development and piloting of innovative therapy protocols and techniques.
Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
What You'll Bring:

Active license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC.
License in South Carolina (and other states a plus!).
Comfort and proficiency in providing telehealth services via video.
Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for a dynamic team environment.
A warm, engaging, and empathetic clinical style.
A genuine passion for helping kids and teens thrive.
Availability to work evening hours.
Potential availability to work Saturdays.
