Maintenance Technician

**Qualifications Needed:**
- Demonstrated ability in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
- Basic understanding of PLC, VFD, and HMI operations.
- Experience with 5S, Lean manufacturing, and formalized problem-solving.
- Skilled in operating shop equipment such as mills, brakes, and presses.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices.
- Capability to troubleshoot processing and packing equipment.

**Responsibilities Include:**
- Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
- Ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with equipment setup, startup, operation, and shutdown.
- Contribute to writing operating parameters and procedures.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts and preventative maintenance.
