Job Description

Job Summary: We’re a leading family-owned car dealership in Lewisville, Texas, seeking a highly motivated and experienced New/Used Car Sales Person to join our team! This individual will be responsible for selling both new and used cars, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients by providing accurate and up-to-date information on all available vehicles
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and selling to potential customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve departmental goals
  • Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and other forms of communication
  • Provide clients with test drives and assist them in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
  • Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in values, with customers
  • Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Attend all required training and meetings to stay updated on new products and sales techniques
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and future business
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Proven track record in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
