We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as an Part time Administrative Support Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our Project Management (PM) team to help prepare paperwork and documentation needed for the following day’s operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with METRC and Encompass software to support compliance and logistics
Assign tags and create manifests for outgoing shipments
Prepare and organize all required documentation for delivery drivers
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of paperwork and records
Hours: Mon. – Fri. 5 pm – 10 pm
Pay: $ 20
Location: Van Nuys

Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable and able to work independently during evening hours
Previous experience with METRC or Encompass is a plus, but training will be provided
