Department: QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

NIKA is hiring for a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to manage and administer a base operations support services contract at USCG Base Kodiak, AK!

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing the Quality Control Program (QCP), developing quality control metrics and checklists, collecting data, conducting analysis, and auditing BOS performance area.
Responsible for safety compliance and collecting data for customer support.
Enforce project quality control plans and associated standards.
Perform inspection of all work center monthly
Chair monthly QC briefings to senior management and customer.
Manage, schedule, review, and certify all submittals for client review and approval.
Conduct periodic follow up inspections to verify that work is proceeding in accordance with the PWS and corrective action plans.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Expected to be on site during normal duty hours.
Required Skills
Minimum of four years of experience in quality assurance or project management on base operations support contracts or contracts of similar size and scope
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
Experience with FARS, DFARS, and other federal regulatory guidance, laws, and requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
