**Work Shift:** Day Shift **Time Type:** Full time **Department:** CC017139 Population Health and Analytics **Summary:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote The Quality Data Analyst is responsible for extracting, compiling, organizing and managing large and varied sets of healthcare data, analyzing/interpreting data to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and insights, and communicating their findings through use of data visualization and detailed reports. **Additional Information:** **Monday - Friday** **8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.** **4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote** **Required Education:** High school diploma or GED or equivalent **Recommended Education:** Bachelor's Degree **Required Work Experience:** High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED. **Recommended Work Experience:** **Required Certifications:** **Recommended Certifications:** **Description** 1. Designs, develops and validates quality data reports that inform and support data-driven decision making 2. Generates reports and extracts from internal or external databases/systems using SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, etc. 3. Converts raw data into usable information 4. Effectively cleans, analyzes, and interprets complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, or other meaningful insights for consumers 5. Confers/collaborates effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding of data requests, including definitions, desired use, required elements, timelines and other general expectations 6. Assists in the development of quality/safety scorecards, dashboards, or reports, utilizing real time and/or historical data to evaluate/demonstrate performance over time 7. Engages in the design, development, production, and maintenance of internal systems and databases 8. Evaluates data and reports for accuracy and validity 9.
