Job Summary:
The Regional Property Manager (RPM) oversees the daily operations, financial performance, and overall management of a portfolio of properties within a designated region. This role ensures that all properties are managed efficiently, comply with company policies, and deliver excellent customer service. The RPM will support property teams, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure achievement of occupancy, revenue, and expense control goals.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site supervision
· Proven track record of managing budgets, leading teams, and driving operational excellence
· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Knowledge of applicable housing laws and regulations (e.g., Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA)
· Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
· Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

· Base Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000
