Are you the kind of leader who exudes joy and inspires others? Someone who knows how to guide a team, spot opportunities, and make magic happen - without needing a playbook every time? Then keep reading...

At TI Communities , we’re not just in the business of managing apartment communities -we’re in the business of changing lives. We believe that where people live matters. That how we care for our residents, our teams, and our properties is the secret to our success.

We are a team of doers, dreamers, and difference-makers who work hard, laugh often, and believe in doing the right thing, even when no one’s watching. We’re currently looking for a Regional Property Manager who brings heart, hustle, and high standards to everything they do. If that’s you, we would love to meet you!

Your Impact

You will oversee a portfolio of market-rate communities, leading a talented team of Property Managers to success. Think of yourself as the coach, the motivator, the problem-solver, and yes, occasionally the one who rolls up their sleeves and gets things done.

  • Mentor, train, and support onsite teams to be the best in the business.
  • Partner with your teams to hit (and exceed) occupancy, retention, and financial goals.
  • Keep our communities looking sharp with strong curb appeal and well-maintained assets.
  • Step in when resident issues get tricky—and resolve them like the pro you are.
  • Analyze market trends and drive leasing and marketing strategies that work.
  • Lead with integrity and empathy, upholding fair housing and company policies.
  • Stay a few steps ahead with property inspections, reporting, and team development.
  • Represent TI Communities’ mission, values, and culture in every interaction—with joy.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Experience leading multi-family housing operations.
  • A sharp eye for financials, budgets, and operational KPIs.
  • A knack for leading diverse teams and inspiring performance.
  • A strong communicator.
  • A calm and confident approach in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Entrata and knowledge of industry standards.
  • A college degree or certifications (CAM/ARM) are great but not required if you have strong hands-on experience and skills.

What We Offer (Because You Deserve It)

  • Competitive pay + annual bonus
  • Unlimited PTO (yes, you read that right)
  • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance
  • 401k match to grow your future
  • Team referral bonuses
  • Housing discount (we’re in the business, after all!)
  • Company-paid holidays & work-life balance
  • Freedom to lead your way - with support, not micromanagement
  • Recognition and growth for every win along the way
