Regional Sales Manager – North America (Sensor Technology)

Location: Preferably based near our Connecticut facility – Remote possible

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow relationships with existing key customers
  • Drive the full sales cycle: qualify leads, build proposals, follow up, and close deals
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Track your progress in our CRM (Hubspot) and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Represent PMC-STS at leading regional and national trade shows

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial technology
  • Great communicator – both in person and in writing
  • Comfortable with travel (up to 50%) across North America
  • Knowledge of pressure sensor technology 9pressure, level, temperature, flow, and analytics) or related fields is a plus
  • CRM-savvy (Hubspot experience preferred)
  • Proactive, self-driven, and a strong team player
