You Are:A Retirement Technology Associate Director who is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model. The Work: + General practitioner with expertise in the retirement domain; experience taking clients through end-to-end transformations + Focused on driving system wide transformations and speak to technology implications of the specific transformations + Shaping large deals and transformations specifically within the retirement domain; able to speak at a strategic level and build c-suite relevant relationships across retirement portfolio Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here's What You Need: + Minimum of 15 years professional experience + Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience managing large scale Tech/related Financial Services Programs and Projects + Minimum of 5 years' experience managing contract financials and ensuring delivery contract commitments + Experience supporting/working with Financial Services Industry and clients, specifically the Retirement Industry + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience) Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
