Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Guardz

We are excited to announce that Guardz is seeking a U.S.-based Sale s Development Representatives (SDR) to join our dynamic team based in Miami, Florida. As an SDR at Guardz, you will play a crucial role in our growth while advanci ng your own career in sales.

Location: WeWork at 2222 Ponce de Leon, Miami, FL 33134 (Coral Gables area)

Note - This is a hybrid in-office role - expect to be in the office up to 4 days/week

Salary Range : $60,000 - $65,000

Commission : $40,000 - $50,000

On Target Earnings Range : $100,000 - $110,000

Role Overview: 

As an SDR at Guardz, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities with potential clients for the sales team. You will engage in new account outreach using cold calling as the main outbound prospecting methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, research, engage, and reach out to inbound prospects while delivering value propositions.

  • Proactively advance prospects through the critical early stages of the sales cycle.

  • Experience in building sequences for outbound.

  • Work closely with Sales Managers to execute smooth sales pipeline transitions.

  • Cross-department collaboration daily to achieve the team’s goals.

  • Accurately manage and track lead records using HubSpot CRM and Outreach platform.

  • Display self-discipline, strong time management, and prioritization skills and focus on managing an intense and high volume of business effectively.

  • Become an expert on Guardz’ platform and various tools to empower MSPs.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals, along with productivity levels as defined by the marketing team leadership.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B Technology Sales, Sales Development, or Inside Sales experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others by example.

  • Excellent working knowledge of inbound practices, CRM technologies (specifically HubSpot), and tools used in the sales cycle.

  • Exemplify the ability to articulate value propositions of the product to senior and director-level executives, as well as conduct customer calls and meetings.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.

  • Self motivated, passionate; a team player who strives for success.

  • Miami based (hybrid).
