The North-East Territory Sales Development Representative will focus on growing the RTX brand by identifying and acquiring new clients in a highly competitive market. This is a hunter role requiring a strategic and proactive approach to sales development.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture new business opportunities in the North-East Territory. Qualifications
•Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or wheel distribution industry.
•Exceptional ability to close deals and manage long-term sales cycles.
•Strong knowledge of the North-East region and its market dynamics.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, spending over 80% of time on the road, including overnight stays.
•The company’s headquarters is located in Canada, and the representative will report to a U.S.-based manager who reports directly to the Canadian headquarters.
•The representative will be based in New York.
- Covering states: ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC (Columbia)
•This position offers a base salary with significant commissions based on new business generated.
Salary & Commissions plan
Total annual compensation up to $100,000, including a base salary of 61 000$ - 62 900$ and a competitive commission structure. Details on performance-based earnings will be discussed during the interview process.
