Job Description

We're searching for someone who thrives on winning new business to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior sales experience and excel in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Representative will identify potential customer leads, cold call, gain appointments, and execute a sales funnel process through to close. If you are tenacious, strategic, and persuasive, we want to hear from you. **Location:** San Pablo,CA **Responsibilities:** + Represent PeopleReady in assigned territory, accounts, or verticals to satisfy all customer staffing needs + Engage with local branch teams to ensure that our customers' orders are filled with the talent they need + Assist local Branch Managers with penetration and retention selling for existing customers + Close orders and ensure proper documentation is complete + Ensure sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development. Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability + Ensure all channels of communication are leveraged to drive seamless results and to build strong relationships - both internally and externally + Embrace the Counselor Sales Process (CSP) as a selling methodology + Perform additional responsibilities as required **Qualifications:** + 3+ years related sales experience; Bachelor's, associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience + Managed a sales portfolio of at least $2.5M per annum + Sales experience in one or more blue-collar vertical markets + Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations + Strong communication skills and the gift of persuasion + Proficient in using MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint + Bilingual language skills a plus + Valid driver's license + Possess additional qualifications as needed **Salary Range:** The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $46,097 and $64,507 per year, plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms. Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law.
