Position: Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote locations(USA)

Duration: 6+ Months

Need 10+ Years candidates with strong Communication and technical skills

ITOM, Discovery, Mapping, CMDB and CSDM experience

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Senior Developer with a strong foundation in ITSM to design, implement, and optimize ITOM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of infrastructure components including servers, networks, and applications, along with the ability to troubleshoot across these domains. This role will focus on delivering scalable and robust ITOM capabilities within the ServiceNow platform to meet enterprise IT operations needs.

This person must be a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing ServiceNow ITOM modules including Event Management and Mapping.
• Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management .
• Design and engineer ITOM solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform, aligned with enterprise architecture and operational requirements.
• Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that align IT operations with business goals.
• Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow application to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of ServiceNow ITOM functionalities and integrations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6+ years of proven experience in implementing ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly CSDM, CMDB , and Event Management.
• Strong knowledge of Event Correlation Rules and ServiceNow CMDB architecture.
• Familiarity with server, network, and application architecture along with basic troubleshooting skills across these domains.
• Experience with ServiceNow database schema and table structures.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Analytics, email notifications, and data management workflows.
• Skilled in using transform maps, data sources, and transform scripts for effective data loads and integrations.
• Proficient in creating and managing scheduled jobs, events, and triggers to support business logic and background processes.
• Expertise in ServiceNow integrations, including scripted REST/SOAP APIs and import set integrations..
