Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team in the fast-paced world of aerospace metal fabrication. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 1–3 years of experience who’s eager to dive into content creation, social media engagement, and market research. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and sales collateral aligned with brand standards
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM updates
  • Research and report on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, trade shows, and promotional events
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print communications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a technical or B2B industry
  • Proficiency in marketing software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of social media management tools and digital marketing analytics
  • Curious mindset with a passion for innovation and technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with aerospace or manufacturing industries
