Specializing in a wide range of consulting, accounting, tax advisory, and compliance services, we focus on helping our clients build and achieve their goals.

We are looking for Staff and Senior Accountants to join our Tax Advisory Services. The Tax Advisory Services team provides tax planning and advisory service, as well as tax preparation, compliance, specialty tax credits, and other consulting services to individual and corporate clients with complex tax issues. While we focus on a vast array of industries, we are looking for individuals to lead and support our tremendous growth in the sectors of Government Contracting, Construction and Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Health Care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Financial Record Maintenance: Assist in maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • General Ledger Accounting: Complete reconciliations and write up of the general ledger.
  • Reconciliation: Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analyze discrepancies to ensure accuracy in the financial statements.
  • Tax Preparation Support: Support the preparation process and learn the compliance requirements with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. This includes preparing and filing tax returns, such as income, sales, use, and property taxes, for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
  • Tax Strategy and Compliance: Participate in and learn tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring quality and value-added services for our clients.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Ability to handle confidential and business sensitive information
  • Team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with QBO and QuickBooks Desktop, preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent client service skills
