NOW HIRING – BOX OFFICE STAFF (Downtown Austin)
Kingdom Nightclub is seeking friendly, organized, and dependable Box Office staff to join our team in downtown Austin. This is a fast-paced role that’s perfect for people who thrive in a nightlife environment, enjoy interacting with guests, and can handle transactions accurately under pressure.
Pay: $20-$25/hour + split of box office tips
Schedule: Part-time; Wednesday – Saturday, 7 PM – 5 AM (hours vary by event)

Responsibilities include:

✅ Pre-Shift Setup

• Prepare wristbands, stamp, and entry materials
• Set up point-of-sale (POS) system and cash drawer
• Confirm guestlist, ticketing, and will-call details with management
• Place and organize signage for entrance/lines

During Shift

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent first impressions
• Process ticket sales, will-call pickups, and guestlist entries quickly and accurately
• Maintain accurate cash handling and credit card transactions
• Communicate with security and management about line flow, entry times, and any issues
• Answer guest questions about events, set times, or venue policies

Closing Duties

• Secure and balance cash drawer with accurate counts
• Remove and store all box office materials (wristbands, stamp, signage, POS, etc.)
• Organize leftover supplies for the next shift
• Report any ticketing or guest issues to management

Requirements:

• Must be 21+
• Must have or be able to obtain TABC certification
• Reliable transportation to downtown Austin
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling cash and POS transactions quickly and accurately
• Availability for overnight shifts, including late nights and early mornings
• Previous box office, ticketing, or cashier experience is preferred but not required
