要 求:1. 统招硕士及以上学历,有留学经验者优先;

2. 具有2年以上的英文期刊出版工作经验,熟练使用Office办公软件;

3. 热爱学术出版行业,对英文学术期刊领域有一定认知;

4. 沟通及学习能力强,严谨认真,能使用英文作为工作语言,有团队合作精神。

  1. Have a Master’s Degree or other relevant education.
  2. Have more than 2 years of English journal publications experience.
  3. Passionate about the academic publishing industry and have a certain understanding of the field of English academic journals.
  4. Have experience in customer service, time management, and task prioritization.
  5. Have experience working in collaborative team settings.
  6. Are able to work semi-independently with a high attention to detail and meet deadlines. 1.负责联系专家学者,组织稿件的同行评审,管理审稿流程,确保稿件的同行评审及时完成;

2.负责新刊的选题与建立,邀请主编及编委,稿件邀约,协助数据准备,筛选等相关事宜;

3.编排和处理稿件,确保稿件格式正确,及时发表;

4.协助出版人/责任编辑和期刊编委团队实现期刊的高质量发展,完成期刊发展目标;

5.完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

  1. Provides support to MEA, ME and AP/P through manuscript processing tasks, email-based tasks, or special projects.
  2. Responsible for contacting experts and scholars, organizing peer review of manuscripts, managing the review process, and ensuring that the peer review of manuscripts is completed in a timely manner.
  3. Responsible for the selection and establishment of new journals, inviting editors-in-chief and editorial board members, inviting manuscripts, assisting in data preparation, screening and other related matters.
  4. Arrange and process manuscripts to ensure that they are formatted correctly and published in a timely manner.
  5. Understands how assigned duties relate to others in their department and how their department integrates within their division and business unit.
  6. Follows established guidelines for communication and demonstrates critical thinking skills in relation to their assigned tasks.
  7. Impacts own team by providing high quality customer service and meeting established productivity goals and deadlines.
  8. May assist with projects as directed by the other members of the Editorial Division.
  9. Communicates proactively and escalates properly with colleagues and managers on a regular basis.
  10. Upholds high standards of professionalism and courtesy when working with colleagues and clients.
