📍 Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site)

💰 Salary: $90,000–$105,000 depending on experience

In this role, you will:

  • Command complex calendars to drive high-stakes decisions and business outcomes
  • Seamlessly coordinate domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries
  • Ensure expense reporting is efficient, timely, and accurate
  • Serve as a trusted liaison for internal and external communications
  • Maintain executive files, compliance documents, and critical reporting
  • Support strategic projects, research, and process improvements
  • Assist with event planning and manage professional memberships
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

  • 5–15 years of Executive Assistant experience (professional services industry preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
