Schedule : M-F, 8a-5p
Pay Rate : $25-35/hr DOE
Location : Dallas, TX
Position Type : FT
Travel: Yes, Domestic

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of analytical electron microscopes to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 
  • Real-time data collection from test equipment and manufacturing tools
  • Advanced analytics to detect anomalies, predict failures, and optimize processes
  • Lifecycle visibility across design, manufacturing, and field performance 
  • Automated rule execution for quality control, yield improvement, and equipment optimization. 
  • Protect and maintain company property
  • Handle customer service calls/messages in line with department policies 
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude toward employees and customers
  • Adherent to company policies
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Analytical Semiconductor tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (internal and external)
  • Ability to communicate service details and schedules effectively
  • Follow instructions and perform service calls (preventative maintenance/repairs)
  • Understanding physics, chemistry, and electronics (use of test equipment)
  • Ability to interface with customers and service teams
  • BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
