POSITION SUMMARY

The primary function of this position is to support data integrity. The Installed Base Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and managing customer data in SAP and ensuring accurate records of Lectra & Gerber products, locations, and associated information. Ensuring accurate information in SAP about product configurations and product options is essential for providing accurate support to customers via the service systems. The data is essential to efficiently track and manage service requests, warranty claims, and product support needs. This role is also crucial in collaborating with product changes and upgrades. Furthermore, this function will identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate records within the SAP customer asset installed base, ensuring data quality, managing missing values, and validating information to produce reliable data for our organization. The Installed Base Coordinator will collaborate closely with other internal teams such as contracts, sales administrators, and marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Detail-oriented data administration to support data cleanliness in SAP.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify and correct data quality issues, including duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistencies.
  • Clean, standardize and maintain data related to customer accounts and assets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems (SAP & SFDC)
  • Maintaining accurate records of installed products, including serial numbers, model numbers, customer information, and installation dates
  • Validate with internal teams and customers’ assets accuracy (Marketing, Sales Admin, Contracts and Sales) and work with all the teams involved to understand and verify impact throughout the process, when making changes.
  • Review and consolidate customers group hierarchy, site information, and asset list including software, equipment, and contracts information.
  • Implement and document data management guidelines, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
  • Work on data quality projects and report on progress made to management.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data analytics, which provides the necessary foundation in data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Mastering Excel, and data visualization for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to document processes clearly.
  • Extremely detailed oriented, collaborator, good communicator
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptive person, able to master new concepts, theories, ideas, and processes with ease.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage or other asset management software solutions.
