Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing law firm in the downtown Pittsburgh area to find a highly administrative, client service oriented candidate. This role would be to support the attorneys in the corporate transactional group.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the firm and attorneys
  • Manage attorney calendars and schedules, time entry and billing utilizing TyMetrix and ProLaw
  • Organize and maintain files
  • Expense reporting and travel arrangements
  • Assist with overflow legal work related to corporate, transactional and real estate matters matters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior office or law firm experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols is preferred
  • Ability to type at least 50+ WPM
  • Excellent ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Team player
