We are seeking a highly motivated P&C Insurance Agent to join our team! You will be the key employee responsible for the success of one of our agencies, accountable for the maintenance and growth of the agencies’ book of business by selling insurance and ancillary products to new and existing customers.
You will have the support of zone management and corporate support staff to help you succeed in every way. We invest in you through a four-to-six-week full, interactive training program upon your start. Your success is our success!
This is a full-time position, with average hours between 40 – 48 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate and build positive relationships with customers and business associates.
Share expertise of our products and services by offering property and auto insurance tailored to our customers’ unique needs.
Generate insurance quotes and binding insurance coverages.
Provide active listening to quickly resolve escalated issues supporting enhanced customer experience and minimizing controllable disenrollment.
Maintain a thorough understanding of what L.A. Insurance provides to our customers and other agency/regulatory requirements
Key Requirements
Hold an active P&C license in the State of Michigan.
Prior experience working in customer service, sales or other customer-facing environments preferred with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving skills; patient and understanding
Effective at multi-tasking and prioritization with Meticulous attention to detail.
Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in prospecting, cultivating, and maintaining new and existing relationships.
This position requires a flexible work schedule, availability of overtime during surges in workload, strong organizational skill and coordination skills, ability to work independently, quick learner, team player, proactive, goal-oriented, excellent communication, strong writing and analytical skills, and advanced computer skills. Communicate and build positive relationships with customers and business associates.
The Pay Range For This Role Is
22 - 22 USD per hour(MI-147 Wyoming)
