Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future. **The Role** The Lead Contract Manager for Custom Networks PMO is responsible for overseeing the contractual terms of various Customer Agreements related to the Company's fiber-optic network across North America. They are responsible for clearly understanding contractual terms, expectations, and scope, and capturing change management through the contract lens. As needed, the Contract Manager will provide data for reports and metrics for the PMO Department within Network Services. **The Main Responsibilities** -Uses several techniques to solve complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review and analysis of several factors. -Manages compliance of contracts with company policies and ways of working. Monitors contract performance and addresses any issues or discrepancies. -Provides guidance and training to internal teams on contract management best practices. Serves as point of contact for contract related questions and issues. -Identifies potential risks in contracts and develops strategies to mitigate them. Collaborates with legal and finance departments to address and resolve contract-related disputes. -Oversees and facilitates customer change initiatives. **What We Look For in a Candidate** -Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years' experience, preferably in business, law, real estate, financial management or related field. -Or minimum of 10+ years of relevant job experience in contract management, right of way acquisition, or land administration, preferably in telecom, outside plant design, construction, or network planning. -Expert knowledge of the principles and practices of right of way acquisition & management, including legal, regulatory, and environmental aspects. -Very strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. -Must be able to create and present material to upper management. -High proficiency in Microsoft Office and right of way software applications. -Travel may be required, 10% - 20% possible. Preferred: -Master's degree in business, law, real estate, financial management or related field. \#CNP **Compensation** This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
